Booking and Reservations
The bookings may be passed on phone to our office at our travel desks, followed by an email by an authorized representative of the company. The booking status shall be instantly communicated with the pricing. We may hold reservation on time limit, if a fare permits. The travel documents shall be delivered to your workplace, within a reasonable time.

Cancellation of Travel Documents
Cancellations may be informed on phone and should be followed by an email .The refund shall be less Airline cancellation charges and Agency Service Fee. However, some Airlines require ticket(s) to be physically presented at their counter for endorsement of necessary cancellation stamp. In such cases, you need to send us the tickets once the same is stamped from the Airlines for necessary refund.

The cancellation mail has to be acknowledged by us confirming that we have cancelled/amended the booking as required by you. It becomes our mutual responsibility that the cancellation penalty is minimized with timely action and the action taken mail from us shall ensure the same.

All tickets partially utilized or fully unutilized attract an Agency Service Fee of INR 500 for International tickets and INR 250 for Domestic tickets, irrespective of fare paid & Service Fee charged initially.

Cancellation policy varies from Airlines to Airlines. We shall charge service fee of INR 300 over the actual airlines cancellation of the domestic Airlines and INR 500 in case of International Airlines.

Special Pricing
We endeavor to provide special pricing for a given itinerary on the Normal Economy Class Ticket for Domestic & International Sectors and inform you the special cancellation /refund rules pertaining to a given fare as actual and service charged per ticket as a booking /cancellation fee.

Payment
Payment is to be settled within a week's time (1st - 6th day statement and the payment to be settled on the 8th Day ) As we shall be sending all the bills along with each ticket and the payment has to be released along with the statement and any refund against cancelled tickets can only be adjusted against our credit notes. No adjustment, merely on the basis of ticket cancelled, is allowable. The statement of your account shall be sent to you at the close of each week.

Timely payment, as per agreed credit period, plays an important role in servicing your account without any glitches. Thus, it is important that as it is our responsibility to give our best attention in servicing your organization, it is equally important that the payment from your side is received as per above and due no procedural reason it is delayed.

We further reserve our right to stop taking action of your bookings and cancel those, which are already booked and not traveled, in case our payment is delayed and even after emailing reminders twice, the payment remains unsettled. We may not remind or send any further notice to you in this regard. In case, for any reason, our bills are not settled beyond 30 days from our agreed terms, we reserve our right to duly inform our trade Associations, presently TAAI, TAFI, IATO, and ADTOI with the name of your organization etc.

Likewise, in case of any difficulty being faced by a corporate from an agency, there is a remedy available with these Associations, by writing a complaint against our agency, if no satisfactory response is received from us, once it has been brought to the notice of higher management.

Personal Reservations/ Payment thereof
All bookings passed shall be officially billed in the company's account. In case otherwise, all personal booking has to be paid for in advance as no credit facility is extended for personal billing. Bill once issued in company's name cannot be changed.

Special Services For Corporate
As we mentioned earlier that Support Pager Hours are 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Any train bookings are subject to a service fee of INR 100/- per sector/ per passenger.

Service tax on Service Fee is applicable as per Govt. of India directive and per rates as applicable from time to time.
